Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some.
