Holiday rentals with lake access in Bonita Springs

Olya’s home is wonderful. It was very clean, well decorated, and smelled great. It’s centrally located and in close distance to many of the beautiful Florida beaches. The home was full of everything we needed for our stay. The family had a blast kayaking the canal, fishing and swimming in the pool. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed our family vacation and would love to stay at Olya’s again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. The space is not only aesthetically stunning but also super comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Also, Sally the host was beyond helpful and very kind. I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Me and my husband chose this house on the lake to enjoy our 12th year anniversary together and this house did not disappoint. It was way more beautiful in person. Stunning view of the water from inside the home. The house was fully equipped with everything you could need and we enjoyed every bit of the house. We will definitely be back there whenever we are in fort Myers.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

The space and especially the outside area overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The check in/out process was a breeze and the host is very communicative and helpful. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Excellent space for a quiet get away!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!
