It is 200m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls at breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like it, don't book it;-)

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.

The family-friendly semi-detached house, built in 2020, offers everything you want for a cozy vacation The bike path from Wismar to Rerik leads directly through Pepelow. Surfing, kiting biking, fishing, or a hike on the Salzhaff are popular activities.

You can then use the sauna and a 38° hot whirlpool by arrangement and for a small fee.
