Beautifully renovated house with kitchen, large living room and a total of 5 bedrooms. Own cosy garden with orangery, large wooden terrace, barbecue and several cosy corners. Opposite the house is a small football pitch, table tennis and swing. 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian street and 5 minutes from the eel forest where there are playgrounds and sheep. Cozy and kid-friendly neighborhood where the kids play on the road. Not for rent for parties. Note: There is a cat in the house that has its own entrance in the basement laundry room. The laundry room is closed to guests.

Your family will be close to everything; our house is centrally located. It is 1.5 km from the railway station. 1.2 km to town. Located close to the forest and the harbor, where there is a cozy environment - with a harbor bath, a flea market and much more. The house has two children's rooms, a total of 5 double beds, 1 single bed and the possibility to lay both air mattress and folding mattress in some of the rooms. Bedding and towels are available. There is a toilet on all 3 floors and shower on 1. The living room and in the basement. Perfect for families with children.
