The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quite. Nearby St kew Pub, village post office/village shop, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony with a view over the town. Landzend is a pretty annexe to the house,It has a lovely old slate floor and woodburner in the large bedroom. there is a private wetroom off the bedroom. and a kitchen with French doors that open up on to the garden.The Kichen has a hob , microwave fridge and underfloor heating.Outside is a pretty little garden with a vine,fig tree and Appletree .In Springtime it is covered in bluebells and appleblossom.
