Located on a quiet road, a stones throw away from the beach, train station and the bustling town centre. Cromer, is a beautiful historic town with lots to offer for people of all ages. It is the perfect holiday destination all year round.

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

It is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has a parking space with additional free on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. Number 9 is a gorgeous Norfolk pebbled cottage just 150m from the sea and in the heart of Sheringham. Our luxurious 5 bedroom house has parking for 3 cars, a garden, super fast broadband. BBQ, beach toys…! Dreamy beds, log burners, snug, sitting room and eat in kitchen. Dogs welcome .

Cart Lodge your home away from home

Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
