Ruhige, behaglich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres gepflegten Einfamilienhauses am Ende einer Spielstraße, sonniger Balkon, Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch (140x200), Schlafzimmer mit gr. Doppelbett im Landhausstil, Kabel-TV, Internetzugang, schönes großes Bad. Einstellplatz für Fahrräder, Parkplatz am Haus. Das Bodenseeufer, Liegewiese und Gartenwirtschaft direkt am See nur ca. 400m entfernt, ca. 900m zum Bahnhof Fischbach, zur Messe ca. 6,5 km. Bäcker und Bushaltestelle in 300m.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite. Eine Sauna ist incl.

Nur geeignet für Naturliebhaber und abenteurlustige, sportliche Gäste. Guter Platz, um Wasservögel zu beobachten. "Waldküche" mit fliessend Wasser, Gaskocher, Kochtöpfen, Geschirr. Kompostklo, Grillplatz. Unser Wohnhaus und Parkplatz sind ca 150 m entfernt. Baden und Angeln im See möglich. Stechmücken leider vorhanden.

The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Die Wohnung ist funktonal und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und die Bahnhaltestelle wie auch der See sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der schöne Uferweg lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

Haus am See

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
