Our annex is a modern barn conversion linked to our main house. It's close to public transport, beaches, pubs, the Eden Project, the historic harbours of Charlestown, Fowey and restaurants. Newquay airport is 30 minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties, walking and cycling trails are all close by. Our place is in a quiet location with a level garden and wooded setting. It's good for couples with friends and families with older children. Choose twins or double beds.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. There is the added advantage of a private courtyard garden with access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
