Monthly Rentals in Boconnoc

The barn was really thoughtfully equipped. Lots of things there we have had to go out and buy in other rentals. Location is beautiful. Most of the time all we could see and hear was birds and horses. And we fell in love with the village of Lostwithiel, which is 5 minutes down the road.

What a stunning little place. The cottage was cosy and immaculately clean. Alison was super welcoming and imparted lots of knowledge on the local area, including tips for getting around easily. We had a frequent visitor in Bramble the cat who is sooo friendly and fussy 🐈‍⬛️🤎🖤 Comfy, warm, cosy, clean, cats....perfect! Thank you Alison x

We had a fantastic stay at Penn Barn. The barn is very tastefully furnished and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. It is set in a beautiful location, with fantastic views from the sitting room, kitchen and patio overlooking the river. Whilst tight, you can get a good-sized car in the parking space. Kate was very helpful, with clear instructions and kind flexibility about check-in. We really enjoyed our time in Lerryn and will definitely look to book to stay at Penn Barn again.

We enjoyed a wonderful couple of days at the cabin, with everything we needed. The view of the lambs playing in the field outside and being able to watch a stunning sunset from the sofa was very special, we had a great time. If you're new to the area the walk from Lerryn to St Winnow and back is a favourite of ours.
