The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night) ... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but it remains a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping centre in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

Mélanie’s place was perfect for my visit to Paris. Comfy and cozy with everything I needed (even an indispensable metro map). Her timely and friendly responses with check in instructions left me feeling very comfortable even before my arrival. Thank you Mélanie!

A very nice apartment, in which everything is taken care of: from the bed linen and towels, to dishwasher tablets and cleaning agents, to coffee and some basic spices. Ideal for a short break, as you don't have to buy everything first! However, the apartment is so well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, etc. that it is also ideal for a longer stay!

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family or friends. A few minutes from Paris by car. The apartment is spacious and you can enjoy two outdoor balconies

We had a brilliant time in Paris for 4 days. We used Anthony’s apartment as our base. It was perfect for us, as we were travelling with our 14-year old son so the two double bedrooms were ideal. We used Metro Line 4 extensively during our stay. It’s a 10-minute walk to the apartment from the station. This gave us access to all of Paris city centre plus Versailles, La Defense, etc. Also, within a two-minute walk there are supermarkets, a Boulangerie, etc. The apartment was I think is a little better than the photos and description. Very clean and tidy with a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. A very quiet residential community with secure access to the development and the apartment building itself. We would highly recommend Anthony’s apartment. A great apartment with great communication. Book it with confidence. Regards, James.

I felt comfortable in the house. It is small and accessed from a very steep staircase but has light and silence and everything is organized in a practical and tasteful way. Plus, it smells good. It is well connected to the center but outside it and that allows you to make contact with the neighborhoods.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The house has everything the family needs. For example, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a separate big freezer, an oven, etc. There is a conservatory and garden, but we didn't use the garden though. We enjoyed shopping at Carrefour, which is a big supermarket. We went to a lovely bakery shop nearby as well. The nearest transit station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easier to navigate through the Carrefour supermarket to arrive there. It would be excellent to have a manual prepared for using home appliances and for garbage disposal prior to that. However we had a lovely time and it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Pauline is really lovely and helpful. She made us feel right at home! More like staying with a friend. I highly recommend her place. It’s peaceful and really cute. Pauline makes navigating Paris really easy. It’s a bit further out but public transport is great and close by.

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is nice, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located just in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Roissy, just a few minutes from CDG airport. It’s incredibly convenient—especially if you’re arriving by car. The private parking made things easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect fit for a small family. Whether you're catching an early flight or looking to explore the surrounding area, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
