Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

A home that met our expectations. Siham was responsive and available when we needed information to prepare for our stay and upon arrival. Great!

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

I enjoyed my time at the place, the place had parking with beautiful views and peaceful neighbours and had a cinema room which was lovely after a long day in Paris

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I did not eat on site at noon and in the evening I recommend

a great little apartment tucked away a short trip to Paris central, 7 minute walk, then 15 minute metro ride takes you to central Paris, was small but very comfortable, and ideal for what we needed, upstairs room not much headspace but not a real problem, beds really comfy,could do with downstairs blind for more privacy, but again not a real problem, host is really responsive and helped us massively with another nights stay, when our flight got cancelled, all round excellent host and very comfy apartment, with extra essentials on our arrival, would stay again it was a pleasure

Very good stay, the little house is very nice, beautifully decorated and functional. The garden is a real plus, close to Paris, ideal for a little disconnection from the noisy apartments of the capital! I recommend +++!

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my partner's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for young and old! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.
