The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Both bedrooms are each equipped with one double bed. In one bedroom, the lounger can be pulled out to the bed. The natural, flat Baltic Sea beach with playground and beach bar is within minutes walking distance. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, pets are not allowed.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

In summer, a canoe trip on the nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck is recommended! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
