Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Great location close to beach, protected nature, forest and Løkken city. The plot is a 2580m2 natural plot, where the emphasis is on biodiversity with unique planting, which allows privacy and invites for stays in different zones. There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Summer house in Kettrup Bjerge

Our cottage is located in the middle of a protected natural area in Kettrup Bjerge. Here you can find peace and quiet and completely unwind. The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both cycling and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been preserved. There is no luxury here, but plenty of peace and opportunity for presence. Within driving distance of the house are both Blokhus and Løkken, which offer plenty of culture and dining options. Dogs are welcome, but only on the floor 😀

Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

Stay undisturbed in your own annex close to Aalborg

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀
