Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Eine ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick in die Weite. Das kleine Häuschen nennt sich "Sonnenhaus" und liegt im wunderbaren, von Natur umgegebenen Ort Aremberg in der Eifel. Das Sonnenhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Kamin und ein ganz neu gebautes Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche gibt es je einen Kaminofen zum heizen. Badezimmer und die Küche können auch elektrisch geheizt werden.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

The idyllic apartment in the barn yard with magnificent views of the Michelsberg is located in a small village of the Eifel. The quiet location offers optimal conditions for relaxing days. Numerous hiking and cycling trails allow you to explore the beautiful nature. At the same time, the village of Hohn is only 5 minutes by car from the medieval town of Bad Münstereifel. In addition to numerous shopping opportunities, there is also the outlet center.

You can expect 72 m² of pure vacation with 1 bedroom (1st floor via spiral staircase), 1 living room/bedroom, a dining room and 1 bathroom (ground floor). The garden is completely fenced with 1.80 m and offers a nice free run for your four-legged friend. Dogs are allowed upon previous registration. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate cats.

Half-timbered country house in the Eifel

The country house was built in 1983 with a lot of oak wood and half-timbered elements. The number of vacation options is almost unlimited. Hikes, bike rides and Tennis courts on surrounding courts and halls. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away. Two reservoirs nearby invite you to swim and fish in summer. The Nürburgring is within easy reach. Accommodation with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space.

Historic cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau. When the window is open, you can hear the Rur rushing by and have a beautiful view all the way to the Red House. On cold days, the oven provides cozy warmth. We look forward to seeing you soon. Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend for two, among friends or with the family, this is the right house. It is located in the middle of forests and fields with only 2 other residential buildings and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Eltz Castle, Lake Laach or the Moselle are great.
