Lovely property. Patio set up is lovely- you can open the bi-folds when sunny & sit out - perfect private spot to sit & catch-up with friends. Really spacious accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Beds really comfy & with good bed linen. Would love to return.

A really beautifully designed annex, located right next to a very good and well-known pub in Bedfordshire. Both Sarah and James were so polite and helpful with anything and everything. It was a really lovely experience that was completely faultless. Thank you so much again! :)

Such a lovely place to stay in. Directions and checking in were great. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and were able to sit in the garden once checked in. We love walking and walked the next day into Milton Keynes and through the park to Willen Lake. We very easily got taxis in the evening to and from the theatre. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here! Lovely accommodation.
