Welcome to our vacation home, which is furnished with the "Hüttenzauber"... We have furnished our bright and light-flooded vacation apartment, which was completely renovated in 2016, with a lot of love for detail in the style of the "Hüttenzauber." A large living and cooking area with a spacious built-in kitchen, a dining area with wonderful views of the mountains and the Hörnerkette; as well as a small workplace awaits you. There is also an additional fixed sleeping place, somewhat separated.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.
