Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Our ground-level apartment with private entrance and gravel terrace is set up for two people. From here you have a magnificent mountain view. Parking is available right outside the door. The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu.
