Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

We had a great stay. The location was very quiet, so we could sleep very well at night. Marc was very quick to respond to queries. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the air conditioning is a huge plus, especially in summer!

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and tidy and above all well thought out in terms of amenities (which unfortunately is often not the case in holiday apartments). Parking directly at the house and the city centre is within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. The only downside: the apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of a damp cellar (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for tall people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with a good feeling.

The apartment is quietly located in a side street, is bright, sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable and the view from the windows to the mountains gives a holiday feeling. As cyclists, we were quickly on the Iller cycle path and were able to explore the nearby cities in a short time. Dominik always responded to questions in the shortest possible time.

Angela is really friendly and helpful. The cottage is new, tidy and clean. A good kitchen, beautiful bathroom and nice bedrooms. Anything you need is present. It is well insulated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the particularly beautiful sauna. The ski lift and ski rental and a small supermarket (with fresh rolls) are within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful ski resort and the nice stay!

Sebi's small apartment is very clean, beautifully and functionally furnished and the value for money is right. The beds were also impeccable and very comfortable. Sebi responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. I can recommend this apartment and I would gladly go there again myself, should I look for accommodation in this region.
