Monthly Rentals in Black Hawk

If I could give it 10 starts I would!! We had the best time :-) Fabulous home. Fabulous location. Right on a private lake. We boated and fished all day. My kids and grandkids had a blast. Jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. There is a darling little walking path around the lake as well. And we took the all the kids to see the animals on the farm too. It was wonderful!! Baby pig, puppies, goats, turkeys, sheep, big horn cows. So cool. What a treat. Preston and Sarah were amazing hosts. Truly top notch. They didn't miss a thing. We will definitely be going back :-)

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

Would definitely stay again! 15 minutes to Nederland, 15 min Blackhawk, 45 min to Boulder, and 5 min to hiking trails at golden gate state park. The view from the balcony is so awesome. There are a few other neighbors on the property but there is ample distance between each little house and everyone seemed nice. The mattress is pretty firm and earplugs would be a smart move for the road noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. WiFi can be a bit spotty but there is good AT&T service (other carriers are a gamble). Overall, would definitely stay here again. It was a peaceful few days exploring the nearby mountains and towns.

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Daniel's container home. It was modern, lovely and fun. Very much as pictured. Beds were comfortable, an assortment of pillows and light blocking drapes in the bedrooms. We could have spent all day gazing at the views from the great room or deck but we had hikes to do and towns nearby to visit. We recommend.
