Jill’s place is absolutely lovely and such a nice escape in the mountains! The place was clean, organized and Jill was wonderful with communication and availability. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a large group!

Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

This was a retreat and spa in one for us! The house is very spacious - my friend and I had our own separate quarters to hang out in and the common areas to hang out. We enjoyed the mini trails across the river with lots of little spots to sit and relax. The humming birds were buys non-stop all day enjoying the feeders. The sauna and hot tub were in good working condition and helped in relaxing all the more. We would definitely come back to stay here!

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

Our spread out family gathered here for a few days to reconnect, just hang together, cook & attend a concert at Red Rocks. It was a great stay! We saw a herd of Elk at dusk & in early dawn, a coyote sauntering through the tall grasses & pouncing on mice for his breakfast and my husband caught a brook trout in the creek! Great fishing supply store in Bailey. The basement rec-room was fantastic but we loved just sitting in the living room or on the porch looking at the beautiful landscape. Would definitely return here! Thank you for a great stay!

Easily the most user friendly AirBnb we’ve ever rented, and the most well provisioned. I was particularly appreciative of the small condiment packages, the easy checkout, and the coffee! The fenced area was perfect for our 13 year old boxer, who at first didn’t know what to do with such a wide open space and no leash. We were more mindful driving because there is so much wildlife in the area. When we first pulled in we were greeted by four elk in the driveway. What a great way to start our vacation! great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s! We were doing a long road trip so it was nice to have a comfortable and clean place to stay during our trip to recharge.

Krista and Scott had a lovely place at the Inn which was exactly as described. Our kids loved access to the pool and the Murphy bed made the small place feel much bigger during the day. The communication was excellent and we were informed of all the necessary check in and check out info as well as local events/attractions. We highly recommend the nearby train museum for littles!

We absolutely loved our stay here and feel very lucky to have had the chance to live in this beautiful home for a short while. The view of the mountains is unbeatable, especially when the clouds settle low and the mist rolls by the windows. This place felt quite literally like a breath a fresh air on body and soul. The hosts were kind, communicative, and put a lot of care into this retreat. The castle in the clouds is one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I am looking forward to a return.

Sonja was very accommodating and helped us out when we were stuck in Idaho Springs with car trouble. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs especially because we didn’t have many options. If you will be traveling with your dogs just know that the yard is not fenced. Beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

This place is a gem— the views are just wildly good from every room. The windows allow you to watch the sun and moon move across the sky, and the trails are spectacular. It’s worth knowing before you book: the homeowners are fastidious and require some hoops to jump through, including asking for financial information off-platform in an unsecured document, and signing a legal form that allows them to charge you at-will for anything they see fit to. We had no assessed fees ourselves, but the threat of them was very prevalent. Do take them at their words they wrote in their own listing— they are, in fact, “OCD” about their Airbnb cabin.

I think the highlight of the cabin was the wood burning stove. We built a fire all 3 nights we were there. (My oldest son is an EagleScout and enjoyed chopping wood and making kindling). We were in town for a wedding at Black Stone River. It was only a 10 min drive away. The driveway was very steep. You need decent tires to be able to climb the hill. We had 4 cars and they all made it even with a few rain showers during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The cool mountain air and beautiful patio were relaxing. We wish we could have enjoyed the sauna in the back yard, but I don't think it was up and running for guests, yet. It appears to be a newly added addition. The only thing that would have made the cabin better would have been a hot tub or sauna.

Stayed for a second time in Mark and Maritza’s idyllic cabin. This time we brought our son and daughter and really had a lovely time. The kids really loved the hot tub, axe throwing and hammocks. We had just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. We cooked all our meals at the cabin. It rained a lot while we were there, but we stayed cozy with the hot tub, wood burning stove and heated flooring. The coffee maker wasn’t working the morning of our arrival, but Mark responded right away and so kindly purchased a new one for us right away so we wouldn’t be without our morning cup. Thank you Mark! The kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We highly recommend this spot for a peaceful mountain retreat, yet hope it never books up too much for us to get another chance to stay.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Surrounded by beautiful scenery & wildlife. And because of the secluded location we were surrounded by local plants that were starting to go in full bloom, and they smelled wonderful! I would absolutely stay here again! And the hosts were so helpful in building an Itinerary that we were able to see so much in our short stay!

My husband and I wanted to rent a place remote off grid so to speak and private with beautiful serene views, Tim’s places far beat our expectations!! Such a beautiful peaceful place! WE WILL RENT AGAIN AND AGAIN!! Tim was such a sweetheart very kind spirited very helpful man and we LOVED Hank too!! ❤️ Thanks again Tim for making our 28th wedding anniversary 1 to remember!!

We communicated with Matthew, the co-host, all weekend. Super friendly and helpful guy. The cabin/house was very cozy for a relaxing weekend and close by to hiking (Golden Gate Canyon State Park) and a fancy dinner out (Monarch Casino Chophouse). We utilized the wood burning stove (after a lesson from Matthew) and the hot tub as well as the kitchen (very well stocked) and both fridges. I wish we could have spent more time just hanging out bc the deck was lovely and the house was so inviting. It had a lived in and rustic feel but in a very clean and comfortable way. Worked great for two families with one kid each. The boys loved the loft!! We even saw a moose right outside the bathroom window on our last morning.
