Solid 1.5-storey residential house of 140 m2, situated on high ground with a pleasant garden, pond and wood-fired spa. Ground floor: Staircase. Hall Entrance with underfloor heating. Kitchenette/Laundry room. Bedroom/Office. Kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel dryer. Living room and dining room in a row with oak parquet. Close to Vasatorp Golf Club and only 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool, conservatory, gas barbecue and jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Electric car chargers are available, SEK 4/kWh, cash payment.

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

1 Room and kitchen in a guest house in the countryside

Our cozy guesthouse is located on our farm in Kvidinge. Kvidinge is located between Klippan and Åstorp in Skåne, about 30 km north of Helsingborg. There are trains between Helsingborg and Kvidinge. 7-minute walk to the train station from the guest house. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower and two beds with sheets and towels. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store and a restaurant. A bit further away, there is art, culture, shopping and nature experiences. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the countryside between rolling rapeseed fields and horse pastures, but only 15 minutes by car to central Helsingborg. The nearest grocery store is in Påarp 7 km or ICA Maxi in Råå about 10 km. The apartment is part of the old farmhouse. You have your own private entrance and access to a large garden. The farmhouse is from the 1850s but newly renovated in the old style.

This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.
