In the marina, there is a tavern, a barbecue area, a small shop and a fort on the top. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hot tub to enjoy. Bedsheets and shower towels are included.

It takes 30 minutes to drive into central Gothenburg including the ferry The accommodation is an upstairs with its own entrance in a villa on cozy Björkö and is 400 meters from the harbor and grocery store. Bed sheets and towels must be brought by the tenant

Björkö - close to the sea and nature

The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 sleeping loft, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on our property but you have your own patio with outdoor furniture. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and on the sleeping loft there are two simple mattresses on the floor. We would like guests to bring their own bed linens and towels. But there are also some to borrow if needed. If you need to charge an electric car, contact us. Then we will agree on a price according to current electricity prices.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. You live in the heart of the fishing port with proximity to saltwater swimming and with a balcony. The house is newly renovated and parking is included. Proximity to lovely cliff baths and child-friendly coves. In the harbor there are activities such as mini golf and rent of canoe. Björkö has fine scenic walking trails. There are restaurants and take away food as well as Ica close by. If you're drawn to city life, take the bus into central Gothenburg and Liseberg.

Here you live right by the water just a stone's throw from the harbor, on the quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our beautiful island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars here, just houses, small marinas, walking paths, our famous lighthouse, Bohuslän cliffs and saltwater swimming at one of our nice swimming areas. Still, it is easy and easy to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

The island belongs to Öckerö municipality and is located 2 minutes west of Gothenburg with ferry traffic around the clock. My husband and I live in the upper part of the villa and rent out the lower part. Swings are used at your own risk. Electronic code lock. Welcome!
