Large enclosed garden with plenty of space for both activity and relaxation. Nice terrace where you can enjoy your food. Area with pallet swings, with a fireplace in the middle. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Plenty of opportunities for wonderful nature experiences. On the property, there is a private shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage itself is decorated as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds, which are best suited for children. At Bognæs, there is a very special atmosphere and you will completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

This delightful place offers a history setting all on its own. Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. I will not greet as a host unless desired by tenant. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 Single bed: 90x200 Bed: 120x200 Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic and there are opportunities for many good walks.

Wooden terrace on both sides of the house. The front yard has a big trampoline. And at the very back of the garden is a large, unobstructed shelter with a campfire by a small stream.
