Die angezeigte Wohnung hat rund 80 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt in 2Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Zudem bietet der Balkon einen entspannten Rückzugsort. Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden und lädt zu idyllischen Grillabenden ein. :-)

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Enjoy your exit to a simple life here on the outskirts of Halle with our wonderful animals on your doorstep. Directly 200 meters away you can go swimming in our clear Lake Tonsee in the morning. The giant bathtub of nature brings you a feeling of paradise. With us, you can find peace, experience yourself in the middle of animals or actively help with all farm work. Children are very welcome here and can romp, help and be with animals.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
