Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Birmingham

Great stay clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!

Anyone looking to get there, please get the parking location first as we had a challenge finding parking space. The flat is very nice with great detail and features. Well presented, clean, and good view facing the Main Street. Bamini is a great host.

Great location so close to the centre. Very spacious. Easy check in. Good communication. Parking Permit is a big bonus.

As the listing is advertised with parking, I thought it was included in the price. Not so, you have to book it and pay it separately. It was probably a mistake of mine, but I think it should be clear. A very lively neighborhood, close to downtown and a very comfortable apartment layout, with very good equipment. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. We spoke to the front desk and they told us we could use the one in the communal areas.

Bianca was a great host, lovely apartment and made us feel right at home. her cat was so friendly and loveable, just like her. and she's always happy to help

The hosts were great. Really responsive and solved any problems really well. There was some renovation work being done in the lobby, so was not perfect, but I reckon it would be great when finished. Best thing not emphasised was the 35th floor views. They are amazing. Amenities were great. Used the gym multiple times, & it was really good. Overall would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Nice little Apartment. Perfectly located. Close to the center & quiet.

Rod was extremely proactive and helpful, he reached out to us as soon as we made our very late booking. He provided all the instructions ahead of time, which was helpful as we had three different parties arriving at different times. He was also very supportive as I wished to charge my EV and use the on-site charger. Rod was an excellent host and I would recommend him and the property again.

Lovely 2 night stay, was perfect for 3 guests as each had our own double bed & bathroom to use. Very spacious, comfortable beds & lovely shower. Had everything we needed. You can easily walk to city centre or take the nearby tram & there are some nice bars & restaurants nearby. There is also a booklet with photos of the building process of the apartment which we found interesting. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and how the keys etc work were provided beforehand & Darren replies very quickly if you need anything. Would definitely stay again thanks!

Accommodation, perfect no complaints

Spacious modern apartment, the projector was fantastic especially at night. Secure modern keypad entry to the building. Comfy bed, nice shower and high ceilings, large fridge freezer. Overalls a fantastic place to stay My only criticism is the apparment only has windows to open at the front, and no fans, so if you get hot easily like me the apartment will be difficult to cool. (I brought my own standing A/C unit to fix this)
