Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

The place is excellent and wonderful, although it is very small, but it is clean. Thank you. However, the kitchen utensils need to be renewed. It was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is as described and as shown in the photos, no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. A spacious apartment with tons of space to stretch out. Little shops close by if you need essentials and a Lidl opposite. Michael was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Very comfortable stay!

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

Fantastic location, just a short walking distance from the train station and many of the best restaurants in the city. The flat was very well kept and exactly like in the photos. The host was quick to reply and both checkin and checkout went smoothly.

This was a great place to stay to explore Lichfield centre without using a car. Flat was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would go back.

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

The space was delightful, bright and sunny. Just what we needed.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

Lovely Airbnb, a real gem of a place, it was like stepping into someone’s home in all the best ways! Lovely quiet street, parking on the drive and shops and restaurants just at the top of the road. An oasis of calm in a big busy city!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in was easy and the instructions from Kyle were clear and detailed. It was spotlessly clean, and had lots of the little touches that made us feel right at home. Plus the beds were so comfortable!

Great stay! Despite some issues with the plumbing communication was great and the issue was resolved in good time. Good sized place close to amenities. Would definitely stay again :)
