Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Dreamy attic studio in the wine village

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

Unique apartment in the Künstlerhaus. Located on the main road of Annweiler. 2 minutes to the train station, 3 minutes to the market square. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate. The natural stone underfloor heating and the double-sided burning stove give the apartment a wintery feel-good atmosphere. This special apartment was built from local woods and sustainable materials for sustainable and loving living. Our colorful courtyard is unmistakable. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Im Herzen (Marktplatz) von Landau, liegt unser charmantes mehr als 270 Jahre altes Stadthaus. Aufwändig restauriert und modernisiert dient es als Rückzugort für unsere Gäste. Nahe genug um am bunten Treiben des Wochenmarktes, an gemütlichen Weinstuben, gutbürgerlichen Restaurants, ruhigen Cafés und den mannigfaltigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt teilzuhaben - und doch weit genug entfernt um sich in den Büchern unserer kleinen antiquarischen Bücherauswahl mit einem guten Glas Wein zu verlieren.

Genieße deine Unterkunft im historischen Anwesen von 1750, welches mit viel Engagement restauriert wurde und den Landesdenkmalpreis erhalten hat. Ich bin deine Gastgeberin mit Herz und freue mich auf tolle Gäste, gerne auch international. Als gebürtige Französin und aufgewachsen in den USA natürlich auch dreisprachig. E-Bikes können im Innenhof überdacht kostenfrei geladen werden. Wir selbst fahren ab und an mit dem E-Bike nach Frankreich, über eine wunderschöne Strecke mit tollem Weitblick.

Wohnen in einem kleinen Museum. Schwelge in Erinnerungen, oder erlebe wie deine (Groß)Eltern gewohnt haben könnten. Blättere in alten Büchern und Zeitschriften, höre dir eine Schallplatte oder ein Tonband an. Es gibt viele original Gegenstände aus den 60er und 70er Jahren zu entdecken. Deshalb sind kleine Kinder nicht erlaubt. Ich habe mir viel Mühe gegeben eine authentische Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Wenn Ihr etwas entdeckt, was zu neu ist, sagt es mir gerne.

Relax or celebrate in a dream location

You can expect fantastic nature in a sunny meadow valley, surrounded by the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are lovingly and individually decorated, with some featuring historical furnishings. Many rooms have their own ensuite bathroom with a shower. A large kitchen and a large dining room invite you to spend time together in comfort, even in bad weather too. When the weather is good, you can relax in the garden and start your hiking tours directly from the farm.

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Balcony and stilted terrace overlooking Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and are accessible on foot via a tarred hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be waiting for you at the reception desk of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels for check-in.
