The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

Make your life easier in this peaceful accommodation, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre and its magnificent ramparts. The apartment, which is bright throughout the day, features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining area and a large living room with a sofa bed and an inflatable mattress for up to 6 people. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a bedroom. The added bonus: a lovely balcony. A lockable room: bicycles, etc. A functional and comfortable space to live in.

The beautiful two-family house is located on a sunny southern slope north of the old town, quiet traffic location, close to nature with the vineyards and the chestnut forest behind the house. Conveniently located, only 8 min. Walking distance to public transport, very good shopping in the city and in the commercial area (supermarkets). 15 min. walk to the spa and spa park. With a view from the window, the city of Bergzabern with the castle is at your feet. The southern route of the Way of St James passes by my place.

In the two separate bedrooms, you will find relaxing retreats, each with a comfortable double bed.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The nearby train station (1 km) allows you to arrive without a vehicle.

Come and stay in our old barn, completely renovated! All the comforts of a contemporary loft with the charm of the old thanks to the exposed beams and original bricks. Great for a stay with family or friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom! A covered outdoor terrace offers a real extension of the living space on the 1st floor. This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.

The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and can be reached on foot via a paved hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart for your luggage from us.
