Welcome to our spacious apartment in Binz on Rügen! The apartment offers two bedrooms, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dining table you can enjoy a side sea view. The beach is only 50 meters away. A washing machine and washer-dryer are available in the basement, the parking is right at the house entrance. Perfect for a relaxed holiday on the Baltic Sea!

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
