Holiday rentals with a patio in Binz

We had a super great stay in Wreechen. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures shown. Everything was very clean, bright and friendly. The apartment is fantastically idyllically located near the lake in Wreechen. A lot of green nature that was wonderful for our walks with our dogs. Also that dogs are allowed there was perfect for us. Lots of dog owners to talk to and where there was mutual understanding. Overall, Rügen is very dog friendly anyway, which surprised us absolutely positively. All in all, we would very much like to come back and can only recommend this apartment. Contact with Dirk was also friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you for this. The only wish we would like to express would be a local handover of the key. Driving to Bergen before and after is a bit cumbersome, even though the lady there was very nice:-)

Simply perfect. The apartment was like described and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and we had felt very welcome from the first minute. In addition, our dachshund lady was treated as a princess, ❤️ the location is also great: secluded, but very easy to reach by car, very quiet and you can hike from the apartment well.

I am absolutely thrilled with this house! It exceeded all my expectations — cozy, stylish, and very comfortable. Every detail is thought out to the smallest things. You really feel at home here. I especially loved the terrace and the barbecue area — we spent a lot of time there. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation with kids and a dog, they spent almost all their time in the garden. The place is very quiet and atmospheric — perfect for relaxation and recharging.

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

Hiddensee....this means first and foremost peace, peace and quiet, the days on foot on the beach as well as relax and eat fish rolls:) Grit's place gave us the necessary retreat and for 10 days of wonderful weather this place was a good fit. I would like to highlight the smooth communication.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment is very chic and modernly furnished, which immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen, where really everything was available – even spices for cooking! The location is just amazing. From here, I was able to easily reach many sights on foot during a hike. It was the perfect blend of comfort and exploration. I highly recommend this place.

Great apartment and has everything you need for a cute little quiet escape in a small town like Greifswald. Had all amenities needed, super walkable and close to the Old City Centre. Peggy was great, proactive and a super friendly host who answered all our questions and helped out!✨

We had a really nice family vacation. Both the house and the surroundings were great. The communication was extremely friendly and uncomplicated.

The spontaneous and very short-term booking went smoothly. The small house was furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very modern clean bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything we had forgotten was available on site. There were even eggs from the house's own chickens. A very nice gesture from the hosts. The location is phenomenal. Jasmund National Park is 30 minutes away. Cape Arkona in 20 minutes. The harbor in Breege is a short walk away. Ideal for a stress-free tour to Hiddensee. Great gastronomy in the village. An all-round successful getaway.

We felt very comfortable in the house. It is super cute and perfect for an extended weekend. With seven people we had enough space and found everything we needed in the house in the 4 days.

We had a wonderful family time in this absolute dream house! The house is tastefully decorated, sauna and fireplace are great, we felt very comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and suitable for nice excursions, destinations for activities are about a 10-15 minute drive away. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay as a family of four plus some friends coming to visit. The house is big and clean, the sauna is great. We loved the free of charge public bath and mini golf, too. The baltic sea war is bit far away for our taste, but nothing that we could not have known before.

We stayed in the accommodation for a short trip for fishing and felt very comfortable. There was everything you need. The property is very quiet and it's only a few meters to the water. The neighborhood as well as the residents are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

The stay at this cottage was absolutely outstanding! In fact, it looks even better than in the photos – spacious, well-maintained, and well-decorated with great taste. The kitchen is very well equipped and extremely comfortable – it was a pure pleasure to cook here. The dining room has a beautiful view that made every meal a unique atmosphere. The area around the cottage is perfect for rest and recreation – the kids had plenty of room to play, and we had badminton. Nearby is the charming town of Gaschprode, as well as the ferry to Hiddensee Island – great options for short trips. This place is an oasis of peace. We rested here wonderfully and with a clear conscience we can recommend this place to anyone – especially for families with children.

The place matched the description and is on the grounds of a farm in beautiful surroundings. What needs to be clear is that there is no living room, but only two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is no TV either. Since we only needed the apartment to stay overnight, that was ok. Cell phone reception at Telekom was rather poor, but the wifi worked well. We had given Hartmut the suggestion to set up bedside lamps. There were only ceiling lights that were dimmable, but maybe one wants to read and the other one wants to sleep.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

I was most impressed by the huge roof terrace, protected from the eye for myself. The rest of the apartment was always great for me. There was nothing missing. Would book the apartment again immediately. 👍

We felt super comfortable in Monika's apartment. Quiet location and always a parking space in front of the door. Most of the communication was about her son, who lives next door and was very helpful. I was even allowed to charge my electric car outside the door 👍 May recommend.

Great place to stay in Binz. Close to the shops, buses, trains and the beach. Highly recommended.
