Chic - Modern - Spacious - Apartment with lake view

Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above Lake Schmachter. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

The cottage with the thatched roof typical of the Baltic Sea coast. The villa with 164 sqm is spread over two floors for up to 6 people. Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Starte den Tag mit Kaffee an der frischen Luft und lass ihn entspannt ausklingen. In wenigen Minuten bist du am Strand, auf der Promenade oder in der Granitz – perfekt zum Abschalten. Bitte beachte: Kein eigener Parkplatz, aber öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Kurabgabe bei Anreise separat.
