My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

Walking distance to the inland train station. Dogs, cats, and horses are available in the yard. Possibility to bring your own pets. On the farm there is from May through September access to heated pool, mini dish steam, trampoline, table tennis and mini pool tables (These are spaces shared with the host family). Charging station for electric cars at cost price.

The guesthouse is located separately on the plot with a free position adjacent to the forest. The cottage is 32 sqm + sleeping loft. Open plan kitchenette (fridge, microwave, small stove, washing machine, kitchen table with 4 chairs), living room area with sofa bed with 2 beds, Free WIFI internet, Smart TV . HDMI cable is available. Separate sleeping loft (steep staircase) with 2 separate beds that can be combined into a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Private patio with table for 4 people and charcoal grill.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
