The accommodation is centrally located, on a busy street during the day but quiet in the evening and night. Shops are nearby (1 km away), train station 2 km away. Bike paths. Bike and canoe rentals. Typical port 2 mins away. Nearby beaches, the 1st is 5 minutes away. The ocean beaches are 30 minutes away, such as Arcachon, or Andernos. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car! Lounging, nature and tourism stay, but wine tourism with St Emilion or the Medoc!

Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.
