Our lovely 18 m2 studio has a great location. It is located 300 m from the basin and the oyster port. The city center with its lively pedestrian streets all year round are only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin, and we lend you 2 mountain bikes. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
