Our 46sqm apartment in a listed farmhouse is the ideal basis for your stay. Located close to the center, you can be in the middle of the city in 10 minutes by bike or public transport. A fitness studio, a supermarket, the Moritzhof cultural center and various dining options can be reached on foot. A small terrace, TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a super comfortable bed round off your stay with us.

Stylish loft with free bike

Make yourself at home! With that in mind, I recently prepared my beautiful loft just for you. You will find everything you need for your stay. From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to the ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

A cosy, Scandinavian-style apartment awaits you in a central location with a large terrace, a new box-spring bed and Netflix to end the evening relaxed. Stadtfeld is one of the most popular districts in Magdeburg. Here you can find everything you need for daily life. The center is within walking distance of the property. You can walk to Central Station in less than 10 minutes. There is a tram stop outside the door.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
