Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.

In just a 2-minute walk, you are in the town center, where you will find shops and restaurants. The central yet quiet location is the perfect starting point for hikes in summer, but also for skiing at Unterberg in winter. This can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
