Holiday rentals with a patio in Biberwier

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

Our stay in the apartment Sepp was super nice and it looked just like the photos. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. The location is ideal for hiking in the area and the Trimini crystal thermal baths are also only half an hour away by car. We will be happy to come back!

Katharina and Jeff Are incredible hosts - friendly, engaging and helpful with plenty of recommendations to fill your day. We felt welcomed and at home, and the apartment is private with incredible mountain views. We would gladly stay again and would say that our stay was one of our best AirBnB experiences.

Absolutely great place! Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and a lot of supermarkets. The place is clean and spacious and functioned for us as a central point to plan daytrips. Plenty of space for the car. Definitely recommended!

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Had a great stay at Stephanie's place. Everything was clean, with the best amenities and as described. The large garden with the beautiful view is perfect for beautiful summer evenings. The city is a 30-minute walk. We felt absolutely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year, we'll be back and bring our bikes with us. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the large TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

We spent a good week in Hubert's Airbnb, to partly work and take a nice walk from work. We felt right at home and have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. You can look at the white mountain peaks from the living room!

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

Beautiful apartment to visit this region, it has everything you need and a beautiful design. You can see the care they put into the interior design, all of good quality. Stefan is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved our stay!

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.
