Amazing all around. Location, communication, ambiance, comfortable furniture, beautiful decor, and peaceful shower. I loved my stay and it was perfect to have a few friends for dinner and games. Jacuzzi was so relaxing and the property has a nice private feel while also allowing for so much light and plant exposure to be seen through the big windows. Would definitely recommend and I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks Davi for everything :)

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to her. The place is exactly as it is described. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Also, Pavillions (supermarket) is a short walk to pick up supplies. We would book this again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

Michael and Tracy were awesome hosts. They gave great instructions, checked on us periodically and went above and beyond in the home. We had a party of 6 and two of us forgot toothbrushes, to our surprise they had toothbrushes for guests. They had a variety of products in the bathrooms, extra towels, blankets and plenty of seating in the home. Home was cozy and nice on the eyes. The backyard was a dream, private and gorgeous with the most spectaculat foliage. Pool was a good size too. Beds were comfy, sheet we soft and pillows were just right. Plenty of everything you needed to have in the kitchen, a marvelous grill outdoors with plenty of seathing out there as well. I can’t highly recommend this unit enough. Thank you Michael and Tracy for sharing your wonderful home!

This is an adorable cottage in a convenient and quiet West Hollywood neighborhood. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. The cottage also had everything you could need in terms of amenities.

We appreciated the location. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and easily took Lyfts to the activities and sights we had planned. The unit was spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and experiencing the perfect LA weather. Brent was responsive to any questions we had, responding quickly.

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

5 stars – Excellent Stay in Los Angeles! I had a fantastic stay at Joon’s place! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. What really made the experience stand out was Joon. Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

I honestly wish I could give this 1000 stars, it may honestly be the best Air BnB I’ve ever booked. The place - it’s a studio apartment in the most quaint and beautiful neighborhood. It is exactly how it’s pictured in the listing, and has everything you need for an extended weekend. The neighborhood - There is SO MUCH to do in the surrounding area in walking distance, and if you’re up to it Beverly Hills is walkable too. WeHo has phenomenal bars, shopping, and places to eat all within a reasonable walk. Don’t worry about what anyone may say about West Hollywood, it was an extremely safe experience through and through. The host - Sam is the absolute best. He was very responsive in a timely manner, extremely cordial, friendly, and welcoming, and is willing to do whatever he can to accommodate your needs. This place is not only worth booking, I strongly urge you to choose this listing.
