Our largest apartment in the guesthouse is furnished in modern country style, beds covered, towels, Wi-Fi. Large bedroom with king-size box spring bed (2 m x 2.20 m long), small living/bedroom, living room with dining table, TV, stereo. Fitted kitchen with breakfast area, all appliances. Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, laundry use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area in front of the house. You are in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep peacefully.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

Beautiful, modern apartment in Winnenden/Teilort

The apartment is located in a rural part of Winnenden. Downtown is about 1.5 km away and a shopping center is about 800 m away. The surroundings are very nice. There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Fast Wi-Fi & free parking on the street, access to the apartment via separate entrance, guests are also welcome to use the large garden. The subway station Beskidenstraße is about 5 min away. From there you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in 13 minutes.
