Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

This single-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake front home is the perfect place to have a family getaway or a romantic rendezvous! The house is situated on the waterfront with access to a private dock. It is close to the Marina, Restaurants, Walking Trail, Golfing and Activities Rental Business.

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
