The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. This unique place has a style all of its own.The Piggery is a small but perfectly formed unit set down some steps within the grounds of our family home.Just a mile from the centre of the bustling market town of Totnes, and all its wonderful eating places.Accommodation is luxurious,cosy cottage style.Located on the main A385 road (please note there is traffic noise) it is a great location as a touring base for beautiful South Devon. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, milk and fresh coffee and if you time it right you may be treated to one of Jonathan’s homemade pizzas. Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a small kitchen area, bathroom and reliable wifi.
