Upon entering the apartment, you will arrive in the main room (living room, dining area). From there you will have access on one side to the kitchen and bathroom by going up 2 small steps. On the other side, you will have the bedroom. We are offering part of our carefully renovated house for rent. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with an eco-friendly swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, and we have a private courtyard for motorbikes. Breakfast is available on request for an additional €8.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
