Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Welcome to the holiday home Naach Mattes - enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends! You'll find our holiday home on the quiet outskirts of the small village Ahrdorf, surrounded by meadows and forests with a view of a juniper slope. Ahrdorf is located in the "Kalkeifel" near Blankenheim and only 19 km from the famous Nürburgring. The picturesque Ahr Valley offers a variety of cycling- and hiking trails - you can start right on the doorstep!

Rural cottage for 4 people (no more!) on the edge of the Hautes Fagnes. This part of the house was renovated in 2022 keeping the typical spirit of the Fagnard houses. This vacation home respects the authentic spirit of the Farfadet and offers stylish decor and a warm atmosphere. It offers a high level of comfort. It consists of 2 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen, terrace and large garden.

Fachwerkhaus Bacharach plus Parkplatz

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
