We were absolutely satisfied, everything was clean, enough towels and bedding available. The house itself is quite noisy and the neighbors are not the quietest, leaving windows open at night is difficult, as the apartment is directly on a main street and therefore also quite loud. What was the absolute non plus ultra, I wrote to Jan-Niklas Saturday evening, if we could possibly do a little later checkout and he almost immediately answered and we could sleep in wonderfully. Thanks again for that!!! 🥰

We were able to accommodate a family member. The communication was super friendly, fast and left no questions unanswered from the beginning. When we picked up the recovered and happy guest, we even met Sonja, who was bursting with warmth. :) The accommodation is now our number 1 when someone is looking for something in Bochum. :) Thank you and all the best!

The apartment has a very good location to explore Bochum and the surrounding area. The metro stop is within walking distance, which makes the connection very convenient. On weekends we were able to park right in front of the property for free – a real plus! The space was clean, quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description. Entrance is in the backyard which provides extra peace and privacy. Overall a very enjoyable stay – happy to come back!

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I immediately felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm manner. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in every corner. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Everything went really smoothly

Heinz and Monica are nice people. Upon arrival, they offered us a bottle of wine, in our case a bottle of white and a bottle of red. During our stay we had regular contact, about everyday and personal things. You can tell that they are hospitable people: there is activity all day on the property, in the vegetable garden, by the sheep, the llamas. We could sit outside on our private terrace. We stayed an extra day. It won't be that nice this vacation anymore.

The stay was great! Thanks to the flexible check-in, we were able to easily get into the accommodation despite the delay. Everything was super clean and all the services listed were also in the apartment. Thank you for the uncomplicated and beautiful time.

I loved my stay at Michaela&Martin. The apartment is very clean and lovely decorated with a focus on sustainability. I felt at home the moment I stepped in. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a bus stop nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The price was fully worth it - the accommodation is very well maintained and looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really the perfect break for couples Maria is super sweet and mega accommodating :) Thank you very much for this great experience - we will definitely come back!

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: in a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping centre, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. Communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with queries/problems at all times. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and the comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. Good pressure in the shower also pleased. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Spending half a day washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by the evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The stay at Vitali's was very pleasant. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. There is everything you need and you could reach Vitali quickly and easily, for example, if you wanted to use the sauna or the pool or had other questions. I was able to take my dog with me without any problems and I could have brought my cats as well, which was extremely friendly. There are beautiful meadows and great reservoirs in the area, so we were able to enjoy the time very much. I'd love to do it again. ☺️

The apartment is mega! Everything is very clean, the facilities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbours. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
