Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. We like the original Airbnb idea: welcoming people into our home with personality and history. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and, of course, respect your privacy. The lovingly restored Wilhelminian-style house from 1894 is centrally located in Witten, right in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and numerous walking and recreational opportunities are within easy walking distance. The stylishly furnished ground-floor apartment combines the historic charm of an old building with modern living comfort and offers the perfect retreat for short vacations, business trips or extended stays.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.

The newly renovated centrally located apartment in Essen Katernberg with free Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk from the Zollverein World Heritage Site (9 km from Grugahalle). It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cozy sitting area. The apartment also has two bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 4 people and a bathroom with a bathtub. Yep towels and linen all included. Private terraces and garden area.

The FerWo is in the 4 family house in Hattingen. 2. OG / DG (small slants). Finished in 2011, complete equipment, balcony 2×3 m with 6 seats. Equipment: up to 6 beds (2 beds and 1 sofa bed), LED TV with SAT, DVD player, stereo/hi-fi system, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee + pad machine, toaster, blender, kettle, egg cooker and more. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not desired.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment that, with the size of about 150 square meters, offers enough space and retreat options for both families and friendly couples who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well behaved pets are also welcome, please still ask when booking. Smoking and partying is not allowed, also no vapos or hookahs. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, we do not accommodate more than 6 guests.
