Monthly Rentals in Berkeley

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) I had an amazing time at Miriam's place! I stayed there for four months and I couldn't have picked a better location. It is a beautiful apartment and a very nice neighborhood. Miriam's family has been nothing but super nice and helpful. I especially like the little patio!

A really nice, cosy apartment, I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for feeling at home. The location of the apartment is really convenient, as it is only a few minutes walk to Downtown Berkeley and several grocery stores. Whenever there was an issue or I had a question, Betty was very fast to reply and help, the communication was very good.
