Former children's room/party cellar "not a 5-star hotel ", functional and good. Non-smokers. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

Traumhaftes wohnen in einer Denkmalgeschützen Villa in Innenstadtlage. Ruhig und sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Denkmalgeschützen Jugendstilvilla in direkter Zentrumsnähe der Innenstadt Speyer. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.

Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

The beautiful vacation home with about 80 m² and its about 300 m² property was extensively renovated in 2020. The house has two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. In the living area there is a fireplace, which provides a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.
