A really nice, well-kept and spacious house with a large property which is completely surrounded by a hedge and fence in it, so you are undisturbed and the dog can run freely. In addition, there is a large, lockable shed on the property in which bicycles can be stored, among other things. We felt very comfortable and were able to recover super!

The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. It is very nice, cozy and practical. Everything was thought of and we were completely satisfied. Contact with Francesca was straightforward and reliable.

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. Spacious house with a very nice garden in the heart of a beautiful setting. Very nice if people really rent out their own house on AirBnB

The cottage is very cozy and we felt very comfortable there. It is located in a beautiful environment with many nice walks with the dog. We could fish right outside the front door and the kids were at the large pool or football field in a few minutes by foot. For excursions to Amszerdam or Alkmaar, you can reach the train station in Anna Paulowna in 10 minutes by car, from where a train runs every 30 minutes. In Anna Paulowna there are also supermarkets, a beautiful 'Eetcafe' and a very nice zoo. In about 15 minutes you can also reach Callantsog directly on the beach, where you can also rent bicycles cheaply. It was a great urlab and I'm sure we'll be back.

A very nice and cozy place!

We were there with the family and all felt very comfortable from the beginning. It was very clean, the beds were so pleasant and the view in the morning a dream. The apartment was furnished with a lot of heart and love for detail and well equipped - whether it would have been possible to cook or grill and bake yourself. We enjoyed the terrace with the sun and also the living room invited you to linger. The chickens lost a very special touch. We would move in there in a heartbeat .

We had a very nice week in Egmond aan den Hoef and felt very comfortable. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Rob is a likeable host. The location is very good for taking day trips with the bikes from there. The dune landscape is great. You can quickly get to Alkmaar, Bergen and the beach.

The Dijkhuisje is a cozily furnished cottage and has all the comforts. We had a great stay with 2 couples. Linda is particularly clear and very pleasant to communicate with. Responds quickly to questions and is very helpful (tips for activities in the area and sending forgotten items😉). In short, nice accommodation and nice person - recommended!

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

Everything perfect. Marja recommended us a bike rental that took the bikes to the house and picked it up again. Super comfortable and highly recommended.

We had a great stay, everything matches the listing description and photos. The place is wonderfully quiet yet centrally located. After a few meters you are directly in the dune landscape. Two restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The cottage is lovingly furnished and the kitchen very well equipped. Towels and linens are more than sufficient. Jet and Tjeerd live right next door and are easily accessible if needed. We were very pleased with the welcome attention in the form of flowers and drinks. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at this AirB&B was great. The area is wonderfully green and quiet – great for unwinding. The bungalow is very nice, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We especially liked the garden, where we had a lot of fun grilling. We were traveling with a baby, and we were even provided with a travel cot – very convenient! The host was extremely friendly and always responded quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Highly recommend!”

The house is small but very nice and cozy. We had a great time in 4, with 2 small children. Louis is very helpful, it's been a pleasure, I'd definitely be back!

The house is located in a beautiful residential area and it is still not far to the center. There is a great organic supermarket nearby with delicious freshly baked bread, croissants, etc. By bike you can reach the beach in about 20 minutes or take a great tour of the beautiful dune landscape. Really nice area.

We stayed for 3 days in the cottage. The house is in a very quiet residential area and is 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike from the center. The walk there along the beautiful houses itself is already relaxing. The house is very tasteful and individually decorated. For example, the tiles in the bathroom and toilet are beautiful. The living room and dining room are very spacious, overlooking the spacious outdoor area, which you have all to yourself. The kitchen offers enough space for cooking, even with several people. Edwin took care of our questions quickly. The beds are comfortable and the room with the double bed is also very nicely furnished. What is good to know: the apartment is quite audible. In the room with the single bed there is a dresser for the clothes. In the room with the double bed is a closet, but it is occupied with clothes from the landlord. So you have to leave the clothes in the suitcase. So overall highly recommended.

We stayed in Groet for six days and enjoyed every day! The cottage is super cozy and big enough for 4 people who love each other. The location is wonderful, everything you need within walking distance, especially the wonderful dune landscape!!! Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure!

the house was spotless, perfect for 8 people, nice large table, 40 minutes from Amsterdam, the center of Alkmaar is within walking distance about 30 minutes, parking in front of the house. We will be back👍😉.
