We welcome you in our home on the Great North Holland Canal. Our lovely studio has a private entrance and terrace and is situated on the ground floor. Includes use of 2 bicycles and a canoe. You can cycle from our studio to the beach in about 30 min. The historic city of Alkmaar is 15 min. away. Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Gebouwd in 2005, in juli 2020 als vakantiewoning ingericht en volledig voorzien van alle gemakken. Het interieur is met oog voor detail en sfeervol ingericht. Verder is er een heerlijk terras, 'minibioscoop' in de basement met netflix voor regenachtige dagen en een ruime slaapkamer.

In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

We have done everything possible to keep the sunset view as much as possible. The apartment can accommodate four people, and we like it if you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
