Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Of course, the beautiful surroundings, with the beach a 15-minute bike ride away, and the forests and dunes just around the corner. Great for a weekend, a week or the whole holiday. Super comfortable room with a terrace, fully equipped; kitchenette; seating areas; and, of course, a bathroom.

Complete privacy on the outskirts of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-September, rentals are per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of that, a minimum of 3 nights.

In less than a hundred steps, you can sit on your favorite terrace, try different restaurants, and stroll past the most beautiful shops. Museums and the forest are within walking distance. For the sea, you can rent a bike, take the bus or car (10 minutes). Through the enclosed garden behind the blue gate, The Nordic Surprise is an oasis of peace. Feel welcome and feel at home.

In perhaps the nicest lane of beautiful Bergen, we welcome everyone who wishes to stay in a picturesque detached cottage with private terrace in a comfortable and cozy way. The cottage has its own entrance. Downstairs are the kitchen (no dishwasher), dining table, sitting area with 2 armchairs, TV and bathroom with shower and toilet. Going up the wooden spiral staircase, you will come under the pointed roof where a good double bed and storage space can be found. Welcome!

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our home on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.

Independent house located in the meadow area of Bergen. The house is located in the rear part of the barn and is located at the back of the yard with unobstructed views over the meadows. The house is authentic, but equipped with every comfort. The cozy city center of Bergen is only 2 km away. The beach is about 8 km away. The house is on the property where the owners also live. Of course, the house offers privacy. The yard is accessible through a gate.

Two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, smart TV and wardrobe. The apartment features a balcony. You may use the garden on the ground floor, but it is under construction.

At the foot of the dunes, with unobstructed views over a beautiful nature reserve, lies this charming wooden lodge on 600 m² of private land with its own entrance gate and carport. Enjoy the large indoor garden/orangery with a Mediterranean atmosphere, a pellet heater with a lounge area, a fully equipped open kitchen and (optional) use of the private hot tub. Have a BBQ on the terrace, then get into the hot tub with a view: holiday feeling guaranteed.
