Outside is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, the house is child friendly. The house is within walking distance of the center with shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour you will be in Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can reach the beach by bike. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

Forest lodge with conservatory view and possibly private hot tub

Aan de voet van de duinen, 3km van zee, met vrij uitzicht over een natuurgebied ligt deze prachtige lodge met orangerie en hottub op Het ligt 3 km van het pitoreske dorpje Bergen aan een doorgaande weg op 800m2 eigen erf met carport en eigen toegangshek. De lodge is voorzien van een palletkachel. De open keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, oa.een oven, vaatwasser en nespresso app. De ruime badkamer bevind zich op de begane grond en op de sfeervolle vide staat een 2 persoons bed.

The house is on the water, also terrace on the water. Private parking. Nice seating area and a porch. Inside is an atmosphere a la ibiza. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms of which 1 with beds that can also be separated from each other. Also a small room for luggage oid. Downstairs is the shower and toilet. Children not allowed ,only in consultation. Towels for personal use are not provided. The house must be left neatly, i.e. as it is found on arrival.
