This is a great cabin located very nicely and undisturbed on Kvamskogen in an established cabin area. The property is nicely located with the winter break road and there are good sun conditions. The cabin contains most of the modern facilities and has a ground level of 90 m2 plus the second floor with a sloped roof. 1 floor contains living room/tv living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom x 3 and shed/laundry room. 2 floor contains living room/tv living room and bedroom. The cabin is located in and close to several great hiking areas in summer and winter.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is remotely located by the Sävareidsfjord with all the way up. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good bathing opportunities, rod fishing opportunities and a naust with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside of the naust, there is a large flattening and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child- and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

If you arrive in a boat or rent one, this can be moored at the quay below the house. Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. Great for anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet setting. All washouts take care of the host

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
